Last year’s Tennis Ball Cricket season was a massive success, featuring thrilling matches, nail-biting finishes, and unmatched energy. This year, we are taking things to the next level with even bigger and better plans!

Kindly note Sanskriti Cricket Club is 100% volunteer run and all collected fees go solely towards the upkeep of grounds, equipment costs etc. required for running of the club and therefore each registered player is expected to volunteer for tasks required before, during or after each of the games.

Sanskriti of NJ is excited to announce its fifth annual International Yoga Day celebration to be held on Friday, June 20th, 2025. This is a free event open to the public.

Booths and workshop spaces are available for Yoga Studios and Instructors on a first come first basis. Space is limited so please sign up early. We will market your information through an eblast to our members and on our website after you register. A booth and/or allocation of space to conduct your own class, workshop or demonstration. Your registration includes one 6ft table and two chairs as well as water for the community. This registration is FREE. Thank you for your time.

We are excited to open up registration for our Kids Cricket Clinic for 2025!
Kids can play for fun & learn the basics of cricket, or can get advanced training under Coach Vibhuti Handoo, an accomplished cricket coach for many years from Delhi, India. We are working on getting a young Teen Coach who played at the National Level in the USA for the last few sessions. Please note that tennis cricket balls will be used for all training to avoid injuries.
Eligibility: Boys & Girls ages 8 to 14

Performances at India Fest 2025
We request that the performers be at least 8 year old in order to maintain the quality of the performances. Exceptions will be accepted only if quality can be maintained. NO SOLO performances please. A minimum of 4 participants should be part of a dance performance. To keep high standards, all applicants who wish to perform will be screened by a committee. Please include a video of your performance, 15-30 seconds long, along with the application. Deadline to apply is Sunday July 6, 2025.
Your participation will be confirmed via email by Sunday July 13, 2025. Until you receive a confirmation from us, your performance is not guaranteed. Due to limited time availability, not all applicants will receive a performance slot. Thank you for your understanding.
Vendor Participation at India Fest 2025
Sanskriti of NJ will hold its Annual IndiaFest at the Livingston Gazebo, 7-9 Civic Center Rd, Livingston, NJ on Sunday, August 10th, 2025. As always, admission is FREE. Each year, we have more than 2000 people pass through during the 4 hour event.
We invite vendors to set up a booth to sell clothes, jewelry, arts & crafts, apply Mehandi or anything else that you wish to sell. We prefer that the vendors are products that are connected to India somehow but it is not a hardcore requirement. Register using the 'Vendor Booth Registration' tab.
Deadline to register is Thursday July 31, 2025.

Fashion Show at India Fest 2025
Fill this form to add an adult &/or a child/children's name(s) to be part of the fashion show at IndiaFest on Sunday August 10th, 2025. All adults and children of age 5-15 are eligible to participate.
Let's get creative and showcase ethnic clothes from different parts of India. We have limited spots so please register early. The deadline to register is Sunday, July 20th, 2025 unless we reach capacity before this date. There will be two mandatory rehearsal sessions during the week of Aug 3rd. 2025 Sammaan Awards
Sammaan in Hindi means respect and recognition. This award is an annual recognition to honor children, teens and, at times, adults from our community (of Indian heritage) whose extraordinary achievements or service within the community merit special recognition. Sanskriti of NJ has created an anonymous independent panel, made up of individuals from our Advisory Committee to go through the nominations. The panel identifies the most deserving candidate(s) who will be recognized during IndiaFest event on Sunday, August 10th, 2025. We invite you to nominate your child or a friend, neighbor, or a family member's child with exceptional achievements in any extra-curricular area. These accomplishments can be related to athletics (minimum State level or above), arts (visual, performing or any other kind of art), community service (has to be unique. Please note that Presidential Award by itself will not qualify) or a similar area.
We look forward to receiving nominations on behalf of deserving candidates. The nominee must be at least 13 year old and as old as a 2025 high school graduate from Livingston or the surrounding area that Sanskriti of NJ serves. The deadline to submit your nomination is July 6, 2025.

For the school year 2025-2026 (September 14th, 2025 to May 17th, 2026), the Sanskriti Indian School is offering the following educational opportunities to children between ages 5 years and 13 years
**A mandatory additional contribution of $20 will be included with the school fees, as a parent contribution in support of community service events—Gandhi Jayanti (Let’s Save Ma Walk) and Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Note : Volunteer Teacher Discount: 10% of the tuition of their enrolled kid will be credited to volunteer teachers appreciation in December
Sanskriti Indian School believes that language is an integral part of learning culture. We encourage and recommend that children participate in both language and culture modules. However, for the convenience of our families, children have the option of participating in any one module of their choice or combine with Chess.

Registration and Cancellation Policy:
We understand the unavoidable circumstances that could require you to cancel your child’s registration with us. Please see below our cancellation and refund policy for the school year 2025-2026 :
● Before school begins 100% return (September 13th, 2025 11:59PM)
● Two weeks after school begins 50% return (September 14th, 2025 to September 28th, 2025 11:59PM)
Note: No refund will be made after September 28th, 2025 for the school year 2025-2026

Whom - We encourage all ages to walk with us to support the mission.
Children under age 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Teens and adults are invited to bring a fellow walker.
Contribution - Adults $15 ;Teens and Kids $5
Parking - Please park around the oval, at the library, Madonna Drive turf lot, LHS Science building parking lot, LHS football field lot or the Town Hall lot across the street. Please note: The lot at St. Philomena's Church next door will NOT be available for parking.
Cannot join us to walk? You can still provide your support by making a donation.
Sanskriti will match the collection to donate to this noble cause.
