IndiaFest 2025

IndiaFest is Sanskriti of NJ’s annual showcase of the incredible cultural talent within our community to the audience at large. The free event includes exhilarating music and dance performances by talented artists from the local Indian community, delicious Indian food; handicrafts, jewelry and clothes exhibition, henna and a host of games for the young at heart and young in age.

ADULT & CHILDREN'S FASHION SHOW: DEADLINE TO REGISTER- SUNDAY, JULY 20, 2025. 

For 5-15 yrs children. It is the parents responsibility to acquire an outfit for their child/children. Be creative!! Let's showcase the diversity of clothing in India! There will be 2 mandatory practices in the week of August 7th. Register by clicking here- Fashion Show participation 

VENDOR BOOTHS: DEADLINE TO REGISTER- THURSDAY, JULY 31, 2025. 

Vendor booths: $75/booth. Limited premium spots are available for $100/booth.

Food Stall registration is by selection and approval. Please email us at indiafest@sanskritiofnj.org if you are interested in setting up a food stall. Fee $175 (Food vendors must submit food license application to Livingston Township (their fee is $75) by July 31, 2025).

PERFORMANCES: DEADLINE TO REGISTER- SUNDAY, JULY 6, 2025.  

Participate in our cultural program by registering to perform. Please submit a 15 to 30 second video of your group performance along with your application. We hope to showcase the FOLK DANCES of all parts of India and hope that you will consider one of the folk dances to perform. Performance length should not be longer than 6 minutes per performance. NO solo performances please!  Thank you.

Participants must be 8yrs of age or older to maintain the quality of performances. Exceptions can be granted on a case by case basis. Submit application for cultural performances by registering here-  India Fest Artists Participation
